Job Description :
- Responsible for achieving Top-line and Fee growth from New to Bank SME business in Mumbai Region by effectively selling the SME products and related services.
Desired Candidates :
- Sales experience in loans - SME /Business/LAP/Working Capital Loan, CC/OD facilities are must.
- Team handling experience must minimum 2yrs.
- Good in oral and written communication.
- Excellent in screening clients balance sheets.
Details of Function :
1. Responsible for New to Bank Sourcing (Direct &Branch Sales) of Small & Medium Enterprise (Fund Based & Non Fund Based) Proposals.
2. Responsible for regular generation & closure of new SME Sales Calls.
3. Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with branch staff (Branch Heads, TLs, ROs etc.) in the assigned territory.
4. Manage and ensure desired productivity levels assigned to region.
5. Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
6. Analyses the territory/market's potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers - value to the organization.
7. Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
8. Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
