Purpose of Job (in brief )
1. Achieve the sales budgets set for the location
2. Build and manage DST Channel
3. Manage profitability Productivity, Yield and acquisition cost within the budgeted levels
4. Achieve the budgeted cross sell targets
5. Be the owner of Collections for the accounts for the territory handled
6. Handle on-ground collection process.
7. Manage delinquency related parameters and ensuring are within triggers for territory handled
8. Monitor competitor sales strategy and suggest plans to senior management for improvement
