Branch Manager - Sales - Home Loan (1-8 yrs)

Position: Branch Sales Manager / Relationship Manager
RM CTC - upto 3 lacs, BSM -upto 4Lacs.
CTC Range would be 2 lacs - 4 lacs that we can offer.
Experience: 1 to 4 Years (With Home Loan Experience) / Sales
Language - Kannada is mandatory, Kannadiga is preferred
Age limit - below 36
Education - under graduation / Diploma
BSM/RM will be reporting to Branch Manager
Desired candidate profile :
1. Manage home loan sales in given region and act as a productive resource by meeting targets.
2. Source new business from walk in customers and through cold calling in open market.
3. Guide clients for obtaining loan and documentation.
4. Follow up with customers for loan queries.
5. Maintain good relationship with DSA and ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Exploring new areas and ways to achieve productivity.
