Qualification :Any Degree

Experience : 3-4 Years of Managerial Experience

Gender : Male

Salary :18-20(Negotiable with Experience )/Month

Product & Functional Knowledge : 

- Hands-on experience in Gold Loan, including Products, Process, Operation, and Sales & Marketing.

- Should have handled Gold Loan for a minimum of 2-3 years.

Job Description :

1) Ensuring all the employees are conduct the Morning Prayer and Morning Meeting in branch offices on or before 09:30 am.

2) Discuss and assign daily work plan to all employees and monitoring to the same time to time.

3) Ensuring all employees handle their clients- activities in an accurate, unbiased, and profitable way, following high ethical standards when performing financial transactions.

4) Ensuring that employees comply with current Banking regulations and internal procedures.

5) Providing guidance, counselling, and consultation to employees in order to guarantee customer satisfaction.

6) Ensuring the allotted branch targets and individual targets are met, motivating staff to achieve objectives.

7) Meeting with customers to solve issues or complaints and monitoring their feedback in frequently.

8) Developing relationships with the community and big ticket customers.

9) Need to give the marketing schedule to all staff in advance.

10) Keeping detailed computerized records and reporting all of the branch office operations and activities, daily statements, transaction expenses including employee performance. All the vouchers should be checked and counter signed. And also pass books issued must be verified and signed.

11) Day Book must be checked and signed on daily basis.

12) Ensuring whether all documents have been filed properly.

13) Manage all staff, properties, portfolio and clients.

14) Safe custody of all company assets, Cash / Gold / Cheques of customer as well as company / other valuable documents / assets.

15) Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.

16) Ensure that loan sanctioned on daily basis and repayments have been collected daily. If there is any delay in collection for more than two days then the Branch Manager has to visit the client along with the Collection Executive and also do the proper monitor and follow up.

17) Ensuring all the daily reports send to Head Office on time like Morning Meeting report, CRE Report, Daily Branch Report including Individual report, Weekly Filed Work Report.

18) Ensure to check & verify the Monthly Collection Sheet with proper signature.

19) Ensure to check & verify to all the Loan Documents as per our policy.

20) Collection from field staff needs to be verified and recorded properly.

21) Business Loan pending follow up and daily collection follow up

22) Prepare details credit verification report for all loan products (House / Plot, shops... etc.)
