- Our client a leading name in FMCD is looking for Branch Manager in Jaipur. A matured and dynamic sales person with a minimum of 9 years experience working in Rajasthan region in a consumer durable Industry, handling distributors and leadership skills to mentor and motivate the team.
Job Description :
- Review distributor wise sales against the target on a monthly basis.
- Ensure ASM/DSE productivity, dealer appointment and dealer.
- Month wise Monitoring of PGA achievement against the target.
- Generating a new system for monitoring and ensuring distributor wise minimum inventory.
- Identify Large Furniture Outlets counters in the territory supervised.Service them either through to distributors or direct appointment.
- Generate Business for Value added product through Institutional Sales without distributor involvement.
- Develop a Business plan for long term sales generating business.
- Identify the resource needed to achieve the goal for Value added products.
- Formulate system for Optimum utilization of resources and monitor them for improving overall efficiency.
- Review structure on a monthly basis to implement the corrective action plan.
- Good Communication and Analytical skills. Experience in planning marketing strategies, and successful public relations effort.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of ROI.
