JOB SUMMARY :

(Brief about the existence of the position)

- Incumbent must have minimum 10-15 Yrs. of selling experience in elevators / escalator/ electrical equipment / material handling equipment/generators/switch gears/cold room equipment


- He should be well versed to sell industrial product & steel doors People with high energy level and positive attitude, shall be able to cover the market and communicate with decision makers to bring profitable business to the organization. 


- Incumbent must be well versed in dealing with Architects Builders and PMC in the North Region.

- Preference would be given to candidates having previous domain experience in Doors I.e. Hollow Metal, Industrial or Commercial door's.

Age: Below 42 yrs

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

(Primary duties) :

- Incumbent for the position would be overall responsible for Regional operation, sales and collection of his region allocated.

- Provide necessary reports and information as required by management from time to time.

- Meet architects / consultants for specifying our products and developing relation to help business growth

- Incumbent should develop new customers / area & manage existing customers

- Promote channel partners and develop sales in unrepresented areas

- Will be responsible for the top line growth and achievement of set targets on monthly/quarterly and yearly basis

- Will be responsible for profitability of the region

- Should be willing to manage product mix of residential, industrial & commercial doors.

- Provide necessary help and support to team members from all verticals.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

(Apart from regular activities )

- Customer relations management and customer service for both Internal & external customers.
