Job Summary :


- The Branch Manager - will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch oce, managing a team of study abroad counselors, and driving sales growth through effective management and business development strategies. This role will require a strong understanding of the study abroad industry and the ability to build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.


Key Responsibilities :


1. Manage and lead a team of study abroad consultants, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.


2. Responsible for the overall student recruitment process, including lead generation, counseling, and enrollment management, ensuring that students receive personalized and effective guidance throughout the process.


3. Develop and implement business development strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.


4. Ensure the branch oce operates eciently, including managing budgets, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and policies.


5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share insights with the team to continuously improve service quality and customer experience.


6. Build and maintain relationships with partner institutions and stakeholders in the study abroad industry, including universities, language schools, and student organizations.


7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and events that promote the organization's brand and services.


8. Ensuring the adherence of regulatory compliances in the assigned branch.


9. Liaising with statutory Departments in the assigned branch.


Requirements :


- Bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related eld.


- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the study abroad industry, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.


- Strong understanding of the study abroad industry, including key players, trends, and regulatory requirements.


- Demonstrated suss development strategies success in driving sales growth and developing effective business.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with students, parents, partner institutions, and internal teams.


- Proven ability to manage and lead a team of consultants, with a focus on productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.


- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.


- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operation.
