Location : Goregaon
Salary : Salary between Rs.30000 to Rs.35000 + DA p.m. + incentives on an average Rs. 15,000 per quarter.

Brief about the job :
- It's a purely corporate sales profile rolls out targets on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. A candidate on this position has to tap corporate that exist in the location from where he works.
- He has to sell the ICFAI flagship as well as regular programs to the employees of these corporate by doing events, presentations, seminars and information desk there. Also, the corporate team managers will supervise them for field work, individual Cold calling etc.
Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate :
- Recruitment of manpower
- Deliver support to team members through coaching and act as a role model
- Conduct weekly / monthly meeting to review performance, disseminate Company information, address common problems and concerns and rally the team to achieve goals
- Set weekly achievement targets for team members
- Accompany executive on customer visits to support and improve sales skill
- Achieve Team Targets
