Job Description :
1. Ethically Head the Branch Office & lead all Branch staff.
2. Constant Recruitment, Training & Development of Sales Managers in Direct Channel.
3. Help, assist & guide the Sales Managers.
4. To achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets through desired relationship management.
5. To motivate SMs with various competitions, contests & R&R initiatives launched by the company.
6. Regular monitoring of SMs performance and conducting regular team meeting & performance review programs to take necessary corrective measures.
