Job Title : Branch Manager (Anywhere In Kolkata and Mysore)
Minimum Graduate, Preferably Post Graduate; with around 15-18 years related experience.
Location : Anywhere In Kolkata and Mysore
Job Responsibility :
- The Candidate shall be responsible for delivering Annual Sales Targets of the branch through various trade channels Dealers, Sub-Dealers, Architects, interior Designers and Institutional Sales.
- Manage sales and expense budgeting of the branch. Control cost and expenses to improve profitability.
- Control credit by timely collection. Minimize bad debts. Address disputes on time to minimize payment defaults.
- Coordinate with internal functions regarding Recruitment, Training and development of Sales team under him.
- Motivation and retention of staff. Succession planning through training and coaching of each level of employees reporting.
- Knowledge of working in SAP / ERP environment..
BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS :
- Good communication skills.
- Good at coordination and multitasking
- Self-starter
- Good team player with business acumen and leadership skills
