Qualification : Graduate with Management or other Financial Graduation / Post Graduate
CTC : upto 6 Lacs
A Leading Broking Company in Mumbai (HO) requires a Branch Manager and the responsibilities include :
Job Responsibilities :
[1] Candidate would be responsible for the profitability of the branch.
[2] The candidate would be responsible for getting new business and consolidating the existing business.
[3] Motivate the sales personnel to achieve their targets.
[4] Motivate the dealing personnel to achieve their targets.
[5] Maintain the compliance-related work of the branch.
[6] Take care of general administration of the branch
[7] Candidate should be focused on achieving targets as per the resources provided.
Mandatory :
- Candidate must possess knowledge expertise in various product segments viz Equity, Commodity, Currency, Mutual Funds, Insurance, Debt & also, in Marketing the same
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Branch Manager or Handled equivalent role.
Key Skills :
- Candidate must possess the capability to READ, WRITE & SPEAK in English. Any other Indian language along with the above will be added advantage
- Candidates with a stable profile shall be preferred
Candidate should be well versed with English
