Educational Qualifications: Graduation

Experience: 4 years of experience in dealing with gold loans/financial activities.

Job Description:

- Incumbent will be responsible for managing the book & increasing the profitability of assigned Gold Loan Branch.

- Direct all branch level operational activities including business development, customer service & overall administration.

- Assessing local market conditions to identify current & prospective opportunities for new customer acquisition.

- Maintaining the quality of portfolio by tracking & controlling the threshold IRR.

- Ensuring strong follow up for interest collections to keep NPAs in control & thereby achieving higher revenue.

- Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all the laid down processes to ensure high Audit score.

- Bring out the best of branch personnel by requisite training, coaching, development & motivation.

Job Specification -

- Candidate with minimum 4 years of sales experience from Banking & Finance. Preferably from Gold Loans background.

- Should be result driven & process oriented.

- A disciplined individual with good leadership & man management skills.
