Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for managing a team of unit sales managers assigned, who in turn will be managing the agents/brokers.
- Implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objective for the channel.
- Achieving assigned PMS target through intermediaries mapped and intermediaries acquired by the USM.
- To actively solve problems/issues proactively and develop a strong relationship with the team and health agents.
- Interdepartmental coordination with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations.
