Position: Branch Manager- Branch Banking
CTC: 11 to 15 LPA + Incentives
Exp. Mini. 8 Yrs. exp. in retail branch banking (Mini. 2 yrs. as BM) from Banking Industry
Location: Chennai, Tuticorin, Trichy, Madurai, Coimbatore, Hospet, Hubli, Mangalore, Kochi, Mysore etc.
Education: Graduate/ PG from good business school

Job Role:
- Responsible for Achieving the Business Objectives of the Retail Branch Banking Team for the Branch and meet the Value, Volume and channel Productivity metrics.
- Responsible for generation of revenues through sale of CASA and Third Party Products like Insurance, Mutual Funds, Online Trading, Demat Accounts etc. through the Sales Channel.
- Responsible for leading a large Sales Channel comprising of Team Leaders and Sales Executives and ensuring Recruitment, Training, Retention and Mentoring of Sales teams.
Job Mandates:
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- 8+ Yrs. exp. in retail branch banking with at-least 2 years as Branch Manager in Banking Industry.
- Candidates with lesser notice period will be given preference.
- Age should be around 35 yrs. old.
- Female candidates with mini. 3 yrs. on-roll team handling from NBFC, Insurance, Securities, AMC industries can apply.
