JOB DESCRIPTION : Branch Manager
Grade Band : Middle Management
Desired qualification : MBA / Post - Graduate preferred
Experience : Minimum 5 to 6 years experience
Compensation : Negotiable
Position Reporting to : Regional Head
JOB SUMMARY :
- Handle all the activities of the Branch with strong leadership skills and service orientation.
- Strong target & deadline orientation with third-party management skills and good exposure and knowledge of the full suite of products offered by Consumer Bank (CASA, FD, Insurance, Investments)
- A good degree of familiarity with Branch Operations/processes
Detailed Responsibilities :
- Fully responsible for Branch P & L - revenue & cost
- Sales generation - CASA & Third Party Wealth Products
- Responsible for Branch Banking & Wealth segment.
- Customer Service Delivery & Operations management to be key deliverables.
- Sales Management.
- Service Management.
- Transaction Management.
- Brand Management.
- Audit & Compliance.
