Branch Manager - Sales - Bank (4-10 yrs)
The Branch Manager shall be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
(a) Overseeing & processing of day to day activities for smooth conduct of CDSL DP & NSDL DP B& Banch Operations - Planning & organizing activities within team-members so as to prevent delays & gaps in responsibilities
(b) Ensuring timely implementation of procedural changes as per SEBI/CDSL/NSDL requirements
(c) Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
(d) Bring out the best of branch's personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
(e) Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
(f) Promoting culture of timely escalation of all Sales & operational incident
(g) Ensuring complete adherence to policies/procedures and system across all functions
(h) Providing a - Support- system to the existing business extending fullest support to all clients, advisors branch and other departments
(i) Continuous interaction & follow-up with vendor/PL- IT & Kol tea on implementation of any new process or removal of all gaps & errors
(j) Provide effective & continuous training & guidance to team-mates
(k) Keeping a track of daily sales MIS and other Branch activities
