Branch Manager - Sales - Bank (2-8 yrs)
Requirements:
Branch manager should have very good demographic understanding Of ifa's/ ca's and HNI/UHNI families across the state and cities.
A good working relationship with ifa's is extremely important.
Minimum- 2 Years Experience required in a state /location
About the role : The candidate will be responsible for developing and growing partner network and platform users, identifying and opening branches in potential locations in his/her region.
The candidate will also be responsible for training and development of partners and team
Candidate requirements :
- Self-motivated, responsible with convincing power. Team handling and motivation skills.
- Good communication skills.
- MBA. CFP OR EQUALANT WILL BE A POSITIVE.
