Responsibilities :

- Need to be responsible in entire Kanpur sales which is part of the Uttar Pradesh Cluster aggregating into North Region.

- The person is the sole Salesperson present in Kanpur location, responsible for generate Sales of Franklin Templeton Mutual funds from the distributors assigned to him in the designated market across the categories - National Distributors, Alternate Distribution and IFAs.

- Meet up with his set of distributors and promote FT brand and the FT schemes to achieve the desired market share.

- Monitoring of Sales Metrics - MIS, Mathematics of Retail, Budgets, Activities, Call Reports, Weekly management reports, etc.

- Administrative issues of the branch, including escalation of operational issues, etc.

Requirements :

KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE :

- Graduate/ Post Graduate

- Sales experience - 3 to 8 years in the Wealth Management /AMC industry

- Should be fluent in English and Hindi

- Extensive background in the financial services industry and strong experience in business building techniques so as to be deemed a subject matter expert and credible resource by financial advisors.

- Notice Period should be 1 Month (Only Apply)
