Job Title : Branch Manager (Agency Channel)
Location : Gurgaon
Experience : Team Handling experience in Agency Channel, in any Insurance Company.
CTC upto : 10 LPA
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Leading and handling a team of Business Development Managers .
- To recruit deserving and capable Business Development Managers.
- To achieve sales targets through training, mentoring and motivating team.
- To ensure brand visibility and product knowledge to Financial Consultants.
- Co-ordinating between Consultants and Business Development Managers.
- The above said profile will be handling a team of 6 to 8 members and preferably an immediate joiner.
- Looking from Life insurance or Health industry with minimum 2 to 3 years of team handling.
