We have opening for branch head leading private sector bank in kerela!!!!
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the overall performance of the branch in terms of Business, audit/compliance & regulatory parameters
- Drive the team, towards excellence in branch sales in terms of CASA products
- Includes both value & volume based acquisitions
- Includes continuous staff engagement with customers resulting in deepening of book value
- Includes conducting sales activities/campaigns thereby increasing visibility
- Drive the team, towards excellence in sales of Retail asset products
- Includes Home loan, Loan against Property, Auto loan, Gold Loan & Personal Loan
- Effective handling of Private Banking & Wealth Management clients.
- Includes Financial Planning
- Includes Accounting/Tax Services
- Includes Portfolio Management Services (Both Passive & Active)
- Includes Non-Discretionary investment advisory services
