Branch Manager/Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (4-10 yrs)
Handle a team of Relationship Managers.
- Recruiting the team of Relationship Managers and building the team.
- Responsible for the productivity of Relationship managers, handhold the relationship managers in the early stages.
- Responsible for the confirmation norms of the team.
- Execution of sales strategy with FOS.
- Responsible for recruitment and management of leads.
- Supervise and liaise with Self Help Group /Micro Finance Institution /NGO's etc.
- Manage sourcing, processing and issuance, post issuance customer issues (if any).
- Manage financials of relationship, including support meeting of financial targets, sales promotion activities, support timely and correct commission reconciliation.
- Facilitate and anchor ongoing training and skills development for channels and employees including new hires at channels.
