Branch Manager/Officer - Sales - Used Car Loan (1-10 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Taking care of budgeted business targets and ensuring its achievement
- Managing Profit & Loss of Branch
- Taking care of Car and CV product loan business
- Training and people development
- Portfolio management in coordination with Credit, Operations & Collection
- Taking care of collections, strong check on the ID, ED & NS cases
- Regular review meetings with teams below and above hierarchy
- Builds business by identifying and developing a strong dealer and channel network
- Identifies business prospects and converting them into opportunities
- Resolution of PDD
