Branch Manager - Housing Finance (4-6 yrs)
JOB: Home Loans(HL) & Loan Against Property (LAP)

General Duties/Tasks :
- The Branch Manager (BM) will be responsible for managing the field officers at his location, including but not limited to: training, tracking and improving employee performance, and administration of policy/procedures.
- BM/BIC will be responsible for achieving Business, Profitability of the branch, overall administration of the Branch while upholding the Values of the Company and the group.
- The prospective candidate must also have proven track record with extensive sales experience in the Home Loan & retail mortgage industry, superior communication skills and ability to manage a team.
- The ideal candidate will be a proven team leader in similar domain.
- The successful candidate must also have extensive sales experience in the Home Loan & retail mortgage industry, good communication skills and ability to report back to Senior Management in a detail-oriented manner.
Knowledge :
- Should have good knowledge about the HL and Mortgage products.
Skills :
- Team Management, Good communication skills
- Ability to supervise workflow with focus on quality results
- Ability to work independently
Experience :
- Should have 4-6 years- experience in HL & Mortgage sales managing a team.
