- Drive Sales of Secured SME Loans and Home loan for area handled within the branch territory keep control on portfolio of his/her territory.
- Handle recovery in case of default on ground.
- Achieve the sales budgets set for the location.
- Build and manage DST Channel.
- Be the owner of Collections for the accounts for the territory handled.
- Handle on-ground collection process.
- Monitor competitor sales strategy and suggest plans to senior management for improvement.
