Designation Branch Manager

Role To handle the overall SMO Business, Operations, along with budgeted to line, bottom line and distribution build as per plan.

Salary Range : Rs 3,00,000 to Rs 5,00,000 pa

Years of Experience : 2 to 5 years : Candidate must be only from General Insurance background with Agency vertical experience. Should be able to speak the regional language fluently.

Job Responsibilities

- Must have the ability to recruit and license Insurance advisors, drive the team of these advisors to generate business and expand the business.

- Achieve Advisor activation of 60%

- Should have the bandwidth to handle more than one distribution channel.

- Should be adept at multi-tasking (handle SMO sales and operations on an on-going basis, if the need arises.

- Will be responsible for achieving the business targets

- Responsible for the smooth functioning

- Excellent inter-personal skills

- Person expected to have high degree of credibility in the local market

- Must be adaptability and functional IT knowledge

Other Responsibilities

- Good Knowledge in office applications such as Excel, Word and Power Point

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Should be able to guide/manage/mentor the team

- Should ensure the desired Product Mix is achieved, thereby ensuring the desired profitability

Qualification Graduate-Preferably a Post Graduate
