Position : Branch Manager - Direct Sales - Life Insurance
Location : Kolkata.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Taking care of Kolkata locations, Direct Sales, Team handling, business Goals, Market penetration and new partner Accusition, Cost control, Stretagic planning, Business Growth, Increamental Productivity, Lead Management, Telca support, Renewals and overall %, Handling HNI & UHNI clients. Relationship Management with partners. Attrition Control,
Major focus Selling financial products LI :
- Handling FA (RO,SRO,RM, SRM) and AM/AH with RP.
- Maintaining Customer Relationship
- Maintain the co-ordinations with location wise SALES TEAM.
- Justify the total costing, Breakeven and profitability.
- Maintaining Co-ordination with all the ZH, RM,NRM etc.
- Maintain relationship with RP
- X-sell & Up Sell of Existing Customer.
- Drive aggressive business through Telca
Qualification : Any Graduate or MBA Required Experience: 7+ years
Minimum Qualification : Any Graduate/ MBA will be preferred.
Minimum Experience : 7+ years of prior experience, with min of 2 years experience in managing a team as a Team Leader.
