Branch Manager - Direct Sales - Life Insurance (6-16 yrs)

a. Managing and developing a team of Relationship Managers for Kolkata
b. Raising the skill and knowledge levels of RMs to the optimum level through role plays, trainings, meetings.
c. Conducting performance coaching of RMs and work on moving the middle performers towards superior performance.
d. Responsible for need based sales, compliance and retention (persistency) of customers.
e. Supporting RMs on field through joint calls, and continuously sharing feedback with them.
f. Easing the day to day work of Divisional Managers as regards DM channel is concerned and thus helping them to achieve their DM sales budgets.
g. Conducting minimum 1 CES sales activities every week and ensuing 20% conversion out of such leads.
h. Conducting quarterly customers- meet with much fanfare and thereby engage customers at a different pedestal.
i. Responsible for achieving sales quarter, half year and annual budget.
j. Bring our innovation and apply creativity in our sales process, customer engagement and areas that impact our RM productivity.
