Job Description :
- Supervise and recruit the Assistant Business Managers, Direct Sales Executive, Business Associates,
- Promote the business through them
- Follow-up the Sales team for the purpose of consecutive performance
- To get max incentive, in regular business and special Business campaign schemes.
- Coach, Train and support the reporting Managers
- Monitor and review their performance
