Branch Manager - Direct Channel - Insurance (4-12 yrs)
Key Roles :
- Handling Team size of 10 to 15 members in Direct Channel
- Team members (Direct Channel) designation will be relationship manager/senior relationship manager/ Key relationship manager.
- Responsible to Train the Team members to achieve their target
Eligibility Qualifications :
- 4+ Yrs of experience in team handling profile in insurance Direct channel
- Should be presently working
- Should have experience in Insurance field
- Good Communication Skills.
- Should be good at creating and maintaining Relationships.
- Unstoppable & Unshakeable Attitude
- High on Honesty and Integrity
- Ready to Stretch and Achieve. Ready to travel and do Field Work.
