Branch Manager/Branch Head - Sales - Bank (5-16 yrs)
- Focus on quality accounts (CASA) sourcing by playing a significant role (Customer need, proper verification, Profile of the customer etc.).
- Focus on achieving the branch revenue target through cross selling of products like Life Insurance, General Insurance, and Mutual Funds etc.
- Emphasis on cost, control & compliance
- Interactions with customers, processing of customer needs.
- To overcome problems using guidelines and escalate with expediency, when necessary.
- Responsible for day to day operations within the Branch
- To ensure accurate, timely and error free operational processing of customer needs and requests in Branches
- Ensuring regulatory compliance & procedural compliance and timely Audit
- Monitor transactions for NEFT/RTGS, etc.
Vault / Key custodian :

Required Candidate profile :
The ideal candidate would :
1. Have managed Branch Banking for a Bank Before have Team Handling and leadership skills
2. Experience in cross selling products would be an added bonus
