Description:

1. To build a robust and profitable distribution network of Advisors & FLS in the financial investment space.

2. To plan and execute sales and marketing activities for meeting the assigned business target

3. To ensure activization and desired productivity levels of the FLS & Advisors in the team.

4. To establish a performance culture in the team, through regular performance evaluation / reviews and robust monitoring mechanisms

5. To take initiative for team development through productivity improvement drives and /or training programs to enable them to pitch life insurance as wealth management instrument.

6. To ensure compliance and implementation of desired business practice for quality business procurement.

Key Skills:
