Must have minimum 5 years experience as Branch Sales Manager. Candidate should have branch handling experience and Hardcore Sales Experience from any Bank. Candidate Must have sales experience in Fixed Deposits, CASA, Recurring Deposits products
Job Details :
Location : Shahupuri, Kolhapur (2 Openings)
Shift Timings : 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM ( Day Shift )
Weekly Working Days : 6 Days
Off Days : SUN
Note : 2nd And 4th Saturday is Off
Salary & Compensation : Salary Offered : 5.0 Lac to - 8.0 Lac (annually)

Education : Graduation degree mandatory
Experience :
- Experience of 5 yrs as Operations Executive or Sales / Business Development in Banking / Financial Services / Insurance mandatory
- Proven track record in liabilities, third party products and assets sales across customer segments
- Minimum of 5-7 years of in-depth experience in sales, branch banking operations and customer service with a reputed bank
Age : 25 - 40 yrs
Job Description :
- Minimum of 5-7 years of in-depth experience in sales, branch banking operations and customer service with a reputed bank with proven track record in liabilities, third party products and assets sales across customer segments.
- Responsible for driving business targets for unsecured loans and conversion of existing borrowers for liabilities at the prime branch and associated branches
- Ensure exceptional customer service, proactive sales environment and efficient branch operations, while adhering to regulations/compliance requirements
- Focus on retaining existing customers, increasing the customer base and cross-selling Ujjivan's products and services
- Oversee branch operations, cash management and service quality
- Responsible for working closely with product and marketing teams to drive campaigns in respective cluster
- Monitor daily performance of branch staff
