Branch Manager/Assistant Branch Manager - Insurance (8-12 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- 5+ Years experience into Insurance & Agency Vertical
- Responsible for overall branch management.
- Recruit & manage team of SMs, ASMs, and BDEs.
- Handling Team Members
- Making long term & short term strategies to meet branch targets.
- Motivate & train SMs, ASMs, BDEs for Need Based selling and to achieve their individual goals.
- Responsible for branch profitability.
- Ensure adherence to documented processes, procedures and policies .
- Responsible for product mix, renewal premium collection and maintaining persistency.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Graduate with 8 to 12 years of sales experience with team handling
- 4 to 5 years in Insurance experience in agency division
Education :
PG : Post Graduation Not Required
