Branch Manager/Area Sales Manager - Two Wheeler Loan (3-7 yrs)
- We are hiring Area Sales Manager-TWO Wheeler Loan for leading NBFC for Kolhapur location. Candidate must have 3 to 4 years experience in TW Loan segment.
- Should have Experience of team mgmt. preferred and Good communication skill.Own vehicle must & Basic Computer knowledge must.
Responsibilities :
- Appointment of quality Team in the Branch
- Training of Credit policy, Process & touching the market to the complete ranks.
- Demonstration impact by periodically on field visit along with the ranks.
- Daily monitoring of Team DSR - Quantity & Quality.
- Communicating and generating leads and leads management for efficient conversion.
- Following up and liasioning with credit & process for maintaining efficient TAT.
- Daily reporting to BDM/PI
- To achieve the target as decided from time to time.
- Portfolio mgmt.
