Job Description:

BA Management

- Recruit BAs

- Develop BA's through coaching, training, team management support etc

- Drive BA team size, activity ratio, case rate per active agent and case size to achieve the premium targets

- Provide operational support to BAs in terms of submissions, issuance, pending resolve, licensing etc

- Plan, Monitor and Review BAs on a weekly basis - to drive Active agents, Case Rate and Case Size

- Ensure that the BAs are meeting their team targets.

- Ensure that the A&H & pensions targets are met through a healthy product mix

Recruitment of New agents through Business Associates

- Work with the BAs to drive recruitment of new agents

- Undertake activities like COPs and other footfall activities to drive recruitment.

- Provide support to BA's to organize COP's & events

- Follow the Recruitment process as laid down by the company for recruitment of new agents - to ensure both quality and quantity of recruitment

Team Management

- Help the BA develop his direct and indirect team

- Indirect Team - Help the BA develop BAs under him from his team of agents and also through direct BA recruitment

Coach and mentor the BA to develop the right knowledge and skills

Persistency

- Ensure good quality business to achieve the required persistency standards. Monitor collection of FYP and Renewal premiums

Ensure Compliance

- Ensure compliance to internal sales process & other compliance standards

MIS & Reporting

- Maintain required trackers & reports to be submitted to various stakeholders
