Location - Bongaigaon / Malda / Guwahati / Haldia / Siliguri .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling the Team of Agency Sales Manager.
- Constant Recruitment, Training & Development of Sales Managers & Insurance Advisors of Agency Channel.
- Help, assist & guide the Sales Managers & insurance Advisors & to recruit and train to procure necessary business.
- To achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets through desired relationship management for Agency Sales and Cross Sales.
- To motivate Asst. Manager/ Manager/advisors with various competitions, contests & R&R initiatives launched by the company.
- Facilitate administrative & operational supports to Managers & Advisors of Agency Channel for smooth functioning.
MIS preparation, reporting to Regional Head and adherence to Audit Compliance as per company Standards.
Qualification : Any Graduate or MBA Required Experience: 4+ years
