Branch Manager - Agency Sales - Health Insurance (4-12 yrs)
Responsibilities :
Leadership : Provide strong leadership to the agency sales team, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
Sales Strategy : Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and objectives set by the company.
Agency Partner Management- : Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, including brokers, agents, and intermediaries, to drive business growth and maximize sales opportunities.
Market Analysis : Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth within the assigned territory.
Team Development : Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales team to enhance skills, product knowledge, and sales effectiveness.
Compliance : Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures at all times.
Performance Monitoring : Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to track progress towards targets and take proactive measures to address any deviations.
Customer Service : Ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service and support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Collaboration : Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, underwriting, and operations, to align strategies and achieve common goals.
Reporting : Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and other relevant metrics to senior management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
