Roles and Responsibilities :
- Has to Manage Team of 8 to 10 Sales Manager.
- Responsible to train Sales Manager.
- Understand his/her team and able to solve their problems.
- Motivate team to achieve monthly targets.
- Sales Manager will be recruiting agents and agents will generate business from markets.
- Conducting weekly performance reviews, and identifying action steps for improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Mandate - Candidates only from Life Insurance Experience.
- Candidate should have minimum 4 years of life insurance experience.
