Branch Manager - Agency Channel - Life Insurance (5-8 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Recruit Business Associates
- Develop BA's through coaching, training, team management support etc
- Work with the BAs to drive recruitment of new agents
- Ensure that the BAs are meeting their team targets.
- Provide operational support to BAs in terms of submissions, issuance, pending resolve, licensing etc
- Help the BA develop his direct and indirect team
- Maintain required trackers & reports to be submitted to various stakeholders
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Should have Experience in Life Insurance and Agency channel
- Should have 4-6 years relevant experience
- Should have Good Communication
- Age Up to 32 years
- CTC Up to 650000 LPA
- Currently working profiles are highly preferred
- Current CTC should be above 3,50,000 Lac per Annum
Location is Hyderabad, Tirupathi, ongole, Guntur
