Branch Manager - Agency Channel - General Insurance (6-10 yrs)
A leading Health Insurance company requires BM for its Chandigarh Branch.
- Responsible for achieving business targets for the branch through building a sustainable and productive distribution force.
- Managing costs for the branch, smooth business functioning, and successful implementation of various tactical and strategic business initiatives as other key responsibilities.
- Effective management of sales managers in the office leading to creation of a cohesive business unit along with other functional representatives in the branch to create a robust and successful business unit.
Qualification - MBA

We are looking for candidates who are :
- Working and have worked in the geography
- Willing to attend the Office
- Willing to travel in the geography
- Team handling experience in Agency Channel Only.
