DESCRIPTION :

A Reputed Security Service seeks a Branch Manager. The Branch Manager position is responsible for the overall management of the financial, operational, and administrative functions for the branch office. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Responsible for the day to day management of branch office, including client relations, new job start/ups, transitions of new accounts, and employee relations

- Ensuring the client relations are maintained within the UPS standards, including regular contact with clients, proactive problem resolution, and oversight regarding daily client issues

- Coaching, developing and guiding the branch staff to perform efficiently and effectively

- Responsible for implementing and ensuring ongoing compliance with all company-wide programs

- Will take lead role in ensuring the profitability, maintaining the responsibility and control of all financial impacts to the branch and company

- should Handling entire Personal Administration/General Administration activities, Policy/Procedure formulation & welfare activities.

- Analyzing client requirements, designing costing, negotiations and finalization of security contracts / agreements.

- Identification of prospect clients & proposing business solutions.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelors Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business preferred with 5+ years related experience with progressive managerial responsibilities

- Valid state driver's license, clean driving record

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software is preferred

- Prior experience in the security industry, military, or law enforcement is helpful

- Experience in scheduling, operations, or other functions of security industry.

- Age between 35 - 42 preferred
