Job Title : BRANCH HEAD

Department : SALES - RETAIL & BANKING

Location : Varanasi (UP)

Salary Range : 5-7 Lacs (excluding variable)

JOB PURPOSE :

- Manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation.

- The expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :

1. Tie-ups with all Key Multi city players / Key IFAs for their branch/Jurisdiction

2. Achievement of set Targets in terms of Sales number and Branch Profitability

3. Review of Sales Target /Profitability on the basis of Market share amount, Gross & Net Mobilization,
Folios in all the asset class

4. Ensuring that the hygiene factor of the branches / Team members in terms of adherence to the time lines
Limit of expense details / weekly MIS etc.

5. Ensuring the proper display of NAV / Circulars / Visibility tools in the branches

6. Ensuring compliance with the regulations.

Financial Dimensions :

NISM VA - Distributor Module Certified

1. Ensure Branch profitability in specified time frame

2. Ensure RM wise profitability in specified time frame

Other Dimensions : 

1. Achievement of X % Distributor wise Market share for various categories of IFAs ( A+ / A / B /C )

2. Achievement of Y % Market Share in terms of Gross Sales / AUM in various asset classes.

3. 100 % activation of A+ / A Category of IFAs.

3. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE :

Educational Qualifications and Experience :

- Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management / MBA

- Minimum 4-5 yrs of total experience in Mutual Funds sales
