Leading General Insurance Company looking for Branch Head for its Madurai Location.
Candidate Should be a graduate.
- Should have experience in General Insurance sales at least for 7-10 years. 2-3 years of BDM/Asst. Manager grade.
- Should handled a Team size of at least 3-5 Sales Managers.
- Should be able to train, motivate, and get business from the Team.
- Willing to Travel.
- Should have Interpersonal Skills.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Should be able to handled different verticals such as Agency, Bancassurance and Direct
