- Generate leads by deploying and guiding the sales team on various marketing campaigns such as school seminars, roadshows and other above the line and below the line activities.
- Monitor and guide the sales team to offer best in class counselling, enrolling, onboarding and offering overall delightful journey to the students.
- Ensure speedy resolution of queries and grievances to maximize customer satisfaction level
