Branch Head - Sales - Bank (6-8 yrs)
- Hiring for one of the MNC Banking Requirements as follows.
Position : Branch Head
Experience : 3- 4 years minimum
Qualification : Any Degree.
Salary : 13 L to 18.5 LPA CTC Max.
Grade VP : 30 L CTC
- Overall Business Experience Kpi, Assets, Liability, Mktg, Sales, Operations products experience candidates can apply.

Roles And Responsibility :
1. Drive overall business of the branch by ensuring exceptional customer service, proactive sales environment, seamless back-office operations and overall profitable branch
2. Owner of Branch P&L, Cascade the branch scorecard to branch and sales employees to ensure achievement of targets
3. Drive implementation of the overall Bank strategy at branch level (asset and liability, marketing, sales, operations) in consultation with the Cluster Head
4. Monitor on a regular basis the actual achievement of sales targets vis-- -vis plans for the branch; take necessary action to minimize deviations, if any
5. Take overall responsibility for identification of training needs and completion of mandatory certifications for branch personnel
6. 6-8 years in handling Branch of a reputed Bank
