Job description :
- Handle the team of 12-15 FLS like ADM, SADM, BDM, ASM, SM
- Revenue targets of the unit.
Track productivity measures as for the unit :
- Execute plans for growth of the agency channel.
- Ensure adherence to laid down sales and service standards for Sales Managers.
- Ensure retention of Sales Managers by formulating their development plans, meeting their training needs
- Build leadership pipeline of future SMs & APs from the unit.
- Responsible to develop team as a leader and achieve branch target
- YOY growth by min 20% in WFYP
- Driving team on all company business parameter and ensure ADM are on standard
- Driving organization culture in assigned branch and make MLI to best place to work
Qualification & Background :
- Bachelor's degree/Post Graduate.
- 5- 10 years of experience in Agency channel of Life or Channel sales in Life insurance.
- Should have local market exposure and experience in process driven, quality sales organizations.
- Team Management.
