Branch Head - Retail Sales (8-15 yrs)
- Managing the branch as a profit centre.
- Outstanding team management of sales & office cadre
- Meeting channel management objectives sales / receivables / product mix / reach.
- Managing working capital efficiently
- Execution of effective promotional strategies
- All facets of branch administration.
- Desired age group 35-40 years, with extensive experience in channel management in a competitive environment will be preferred.
- Candidates with prior work experience in the paint or related industries, will be preferred.
- Experience in Retail sales/decorative sales is a MUST and not Industrial/technical/auto refurnish sales.
