Job Title : Branch Head/Regional Sales Manager - Financial Services - Mumbai/Delhi/Pune/Nagpur/Bhopal/Bangalore
1. Prospecting and Client Acquisition :
- Identify and target potential corporate clients for insurance products.
- Generate leads and build a robust pipeline through effective prospecting.
2. Needs Analysis :
- Conduct thorough assessments of corporate clients' insurance requirements.
- Analyze risk profiles and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
3. Tailored Presentations :
- Develop and deliver presentations tailored to address specific insurance needs.
- Clearly articulate policy features, benefits, and coverage options.
4. Negotiation and Proposal :
- Engage in negotiations to ensure competitive and comprehensive insurance proposals.
- Prepare and present detailed insurance proposals to corporate clients.
5. Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support and guidance.
6. Policy Implementation :
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy implementation.
- Address any concerns or queries from corporate clients during the onboarding process.
7. Market Awareness :
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings.
- Utilize market knowledge to position the company's insurance products effectively.
8. Sales Reporting :
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to analyze performance and strategize for improvement.
Key Skills :

- Solid verbal and written communication skills
Mandatory :
- Proven experience in corporate sales within the insurance industry.
- In-depth understanding of various insurance products and coverages.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Target Industry : General Insurance (Liability, Project, Fire, Marine, Property)
- Not looking for experience in Health, Life and Motor Insurance
Not Required - Experience in OEM, Dealership, Agency, Broker sales
