Branch Sales Head - LAP (Mysore, Bangalore - Rural, Bangalore Urban, Ramnagara & Tumkur )
- Responsible for monthly business volume from Loan Against Property business from branch.
- Lead DST team of Sales Officer / RM and generate business through them.
- Enroll & generate business from Corporate DSA and Connectors.
- Retain and train Sales Officer / RM on regular basis.
- Meet targets related to disbursal, cross sell and soft bucket collections.
- Responsible for overall activities of branch.
