Branch Head - Direct Sales - Insurance (10-15 yrs)
We have urgent requirement for Branch head for Direct Marketing channel (PSF) for one of the leading Insurance company.
Area of Control - Entire Chennai
- Experience - 10-15 years of Relevant Experience (Direct Marketing)
- Salary - 13 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Topline target achievement of Direct Sales.
- Acquire, build & maintain strategic relationships with clients sources, develops & analyses customer needs to establish a client centric business environment, proposes and implements solution. Cross sales, try to up sells and timely renewal of client's insurance requirements
- Hiring & management of team of Relationship Managers to achieve sales target & quality sales.
- Responsible for increasing share of business by offering entire range of products by achieving Monthly, Quarterly and Annual target.
- Management of overall profitability of the portfolio given keeping in mind underwriting constraints, overall organizational needs and future growth expectations.
- Monitoring optimal use of given lead on daily basis & Achieving cost efficient operation.
- Managing attrition, product mix, persistence etc
- Managing accurate maintenance & updating database.
- Reviewing goal sheet & contest achievement on weekly basis.
